Owner and Pilates master Teacher

Having a wonderful career teaching ballroom dancing, I later found myself trying to recover from injuries. Eventually I was enduring chronic pain, and sadly, dance was out of my life completely. It was when I found Pilates that I made my way back to a normal life, and to the surprise of others, enjoyed dance once again.

My private studio utilizes the Reformer, Cadillac, Warm Therapy Pool and mat for the widest range of rehabilitation and training. The most remarkable achievement of my career is the ability to reduce and or eliminate chronic pain for my clients.  I, having lived with chronic pain for many years, and recovered from surgery have developed a way to utilize the Pilates technique in such a way that from the first session you will feel better and you will reach your goals in an expedient manner. I have also had several disappointing sessions with Physical Therapy over the years. It is my mission that those that need rehabilitative therapy receive it, and they are truly helped on their path to recovery.

I have dedicated myself to the quest for health and happiness for myself and all of my clients. My training techniques have been passed down to me from the first generation direct line of Pilates Masters under Joseph Pilates. I have spent over 1,000 hours of teacher training in addition to years of private training. I hold the National Pilates Method Alliance certification as well as Pilates Sports Center certification in all Pilates apparatus. I hold specialized certifications in Scoliosis, Arthritis, and Back and Disc health.

My training includes, Pilates for pregnancy, MS, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, back issues, shoulder, knee and ankle joint mobilization.
