Every once in a while it is good to stop and take stock of your health and fitness regimen. Is what you are doing serving you to the level you need in order to live a happy and productive life?

Our lives are busy and so full of distractions, it is easy to get away from doing the things we know are good for us. It takes time, thought and planning to exercise and eat healthy. Taking a look at how you are spending your time lately may surprise you. If you are not spending enough time taking good care of your health, you may be able to eliminate some things that aren't serving you.
